BRIGHTON MUSEUM MY PLACE OF WORK AND GUEST BLOGGER

Hi there our Collectibulldogs readers here’s to hoping alls well with everyone Brighton museums blogging brilliance is about our latest achievement getting a second blog published, not only that the article is on a highly rated domain authority website Brighton museum.

I’m very privileged to get what some call educational or gov backlinks when I do blog for the museum and as many will know Brighton museum kindly gave out its first ever link up with a hobbyist collector like myself making it the first of many’s.

Started work at Brighton museum

Brighton

ONE OF THE COMMUNITIES CHARITY SNAILS ON BRIGHTON MUSEUM PREMISES PART OF A WIDER PROJECT IN THE CITY

So I started working for the museum and thought it might be a good idea to let readers of their blog articles into what goes on in the background or behind the scenes, I cannot obviously write about others that work there so the article I’m introducing to my readers was about my first day back at work.

When Writing about this for Collectibulldogs I was a little vague as it’s not as relatable as say the museum doing the exhibition and I wanted most of the content if not all to be original, its nicely written with that hint of myself added.

THE MUSEUM IS BOTH BEAUTIFUL AND INTRIGUING ON THE INSIDE

The reason behind this article is the WOW factor, after publication of the article I first approached by Lucy my mentor congratulating me on a wonderful blog the way it was presented and then I quote said “Krys really liked your blog too and  wondered if you would be happy for it to be included in a future edition of our new monthly newsletter: Royal Pavilion & Museums Insider.

You can view the current issue here: This is Septembers issue as an example if your readers check out this segment we have a monthly basis newsletter

If you would like to sign up to receive the newsletter directly, you can do so Here using this link to sign up

I hope all is well with you and your family and thanks for your brilliant blog.

With best wishes Lucy

BRIGHTON MUSEUM AND PAVILION GARDENS

That was so cool not only had a created a domain authority backlink for my website from another educational source but my article is that good it’s been asked to be used again, I said of course I mean who wouldn’t it might not be about bulldogs but does reference my achievements including the exhibition.

QUOTE “Hi Eiffion

Well done getting your blog published, you’ve done a great job. I really liked the way you described, what an important day it was in your life to be volunteering for the very first time The emphasis on your personal achievement is really a very positive one.

Brighton museum sending article to local mp

Do you mind if I share this link with the MP, (if you have not already?) I am sure after meeting with you he would be very interested to hear about your successes.

Keep up the good work and the good humour.

I will share with the group next week.

Best wishes Debbie” UNQUOTE

WOW right, I was astonished to see this after the first offer Brighton museum like the article so much they wish to not just use it in their monthly newsletter but also send to our local Mp whom has had an interest in my development at the museum, unable to help out with anything practical the man is still a supporter.

Brighton museum great inside and out

If you cannot reach Brighton museum why not check out their massive yet easily manageable website you’ll find everything featured there, from what the museum are currently exhibiting to future installations, find out about the old Brighton and hundreds of other topics too.

Please check out My museum article it’s a great read has a lovely picture of our exhibition last year and continues to go on showing what I do when volunteering for the museums collections department which I’m afraid to say isn’t working with any bulldog figurines but those that like antiques or how museums work then this is a good read.

What to do with our museum bulldogs

Brighton museum

MADE IN 2017 for BRIGHTON MUSEUMS FIRST EVER BULLDOG MEMORABILIA MUSEUM EXHIBITION

As part of the exhibition last year three artworks were submitted to combine or tie in my time with the art group and the exhibition that the museum mentors held, you’ll see I’m not the best of artists and I find my own art childish it’s why I get frustrated doing any art, check them out for yourself though beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Three pieces I made one has Swarovski crystals and is day of the dead inspired, the second is a little bejewelled puppy covered in Chrystal and glitter then glazed the head looks just like a diamond cluster ring, and as the dogs trust where my wife works wanted a pride themed piece for window display I designed the third rainbow piece.

Swarovski Crystals adorn this sugar skull / day of the dead inspired piece.

Just like a diamond cluster this little chap is gemmed up to the max even sporting a multi coloured cape

This piece was meant to be used at the dogs trust shop in Brighton during the pride festival

Visitor book a bulldog ?

Thats correct it was an expensive idea that paid off, in my collecting I came across a piece that used to sit in a stately USA home it cost me around £250 for the piece and around £90 shipping due to sheer weight, it broke in transit DANG ! Instead of seeing this as a lose I restored the piece and painted it white all over completely.

Looking so street this piece was signed and as you can see by all ages too lol, this really topped off the exhibition and now I’m stuck with all four, if you have any ideas on what I can do good with them (added that so no one comments THE BIN lol, please write in I’d also consider free giveaways if the purpose is of non greed or profit.

Brighton museum

Not only does the signed dog look cool it proves we got lots of real visitors to our exhibition in 2017

Brighton museum

Signed by whom knows but it’s looks amazing INTERESTED ?

Lastly and thank you

With an Ill summer a poorly father in law to be and my wedding in just three weeks time I won’t be returning back to work now till I’m married after which I’ll be back by Lucie’s side and pestering debbi Bennett about a pop up museum at the same museum I’m working at (fingers crossed).

Please show support and check out the article and links that the media digital department have added this helps not only their website with Collectibulldogs coming up as the traffic source bit gives time duration too, nothing can give back what the museum has done for me so you folk on their website would be amazing, stay safe and until next time happy collecting.

THANK YOU FOR CHECKING OUT MY GUEST POST AT THE MUSEUM AND FOR SHOWING THEM I TOO CAN CREATE TRAFFIC SOURCES OF MY OWN IT ALL GOES TO CONVINCING THE HEAD OFFICE TO LET ME PRODUCE A POP UP MUSEUM ANOTHER WORLD FIRST
